Duncan has spent most of his career developing commercially successful green businesses. He started as bursary holder with Gencor Limited's Coal division and has a BSc in Ecology and MSc in Economics. He has worked in the development and financing of multi-million dollar mining services, waste, energy and civil infrastructure projects in Australia, UK and the USA. In the UK, Duncan worked in project finance and investment management for civil, waste and energy projects for a UK Investment Bank and the Bank of Scotland. After migrating to Australia 10 years ago, Duncan established a coal mine services company aimed at reducing coal mines' environmental impact and a gas company aimed at providing cleaner energy that merged with an ASX listed company. In 2009 he founded Tellus Holdings. |

Brett has an international investment banking and capital markets background focusing on resources and energy related businesses. He has managed IPO, capital raising and M&A transactions for a number of Australian companies with Credit Suisse and FBR Capital Markets. Prior to this he was an investment banker with UBS in London and NY and completed the executive MBA program at Duke University. |

Ron recently retired from the position of CFO & Executive Vice President of Newalta, Canada’s largest industrial waste recycling business. Ron spent 27 years with Newalta pioneering the use of salt caverns for waste processing and storage. He remains a Consultant to Newalta on international business development opportunities. Ron also sits on the board of Canadian listed BioteQ Environmental Technologies Inc. a specialist waste water treatment business. |

Noel Davies

An experienced environmental engineer with 25 + years experience, Noel has worked in a range of senior roles in government and was instrumental in the establishment of WA's Intractable Waste Disposal Facility. He has also contributed to the development of much of the waste management policy that currently applies in WA. As a Principal Consultant, he has specialised in waste management and the assessment and management of contaminated sites. |

Fergus Herbert

Fergus is a principal of the investment bank Driftwood Capital. Fergus has started, owned, managed, and sold a number of successful enterprises and has assisted a large number of disruptive technology companies to raise what had previously seemed 'impossible' development capital. He has been the Managing Director of many successful businesses, including Tourism Australia Ink, which he sold to the publicly listed Text Media Group. Founder and Director of Edge Custom Media (a custom publisher) and a Director of Global Valve Technology Ltd (a disruptive valve technology), Fergus has been involved with the incubation of many companies with compelling growth characteristics. Fergus is adept at helping emerging companies understand what they need to do to reach a state of commercial success. |

Richard Rossiter

MD of Realm Resources and Chair of Sylvania Resources (ASX & AIM listed), Sylvania is involved in platinum exploration production with tailings retreatment operations. Richard began his career as a geologist with General Mining Union Corporation, later Gengold, in South Africa, subsequently qualified in mine management and held various production management and business development roles. He joined the financial sector as a mining analyst with Fleming Martin and then moved to Australia as head of resource sector research at Macquarie Bank and JP Morgan. He was responsible for mergers and acquisitions and divestments at Pacific Road Corporate Finance and Standard Bank (Australia). |

John Cook

John was Managing Director of the Waste Management Authority of NSW in 1989, and then Waste Service NSW until 1999. He has served on a number of boards in the mining and waste industries, and was a Director of the CRC for Waste Management and Pollution Control and was a founding member of the Waste Management Association of Australia. At Waste Service NSW, John's major achievements included the establishment of major new materials recovery and composting businesses, going beyond consultation to participation with host communities in the area of sitting waste management infrastructure, and the development of integrated Quality, Environmental and Safety systems certified to international standards and new policies. John is a Fellow of AusIMM, IEAust and AICD. Since 1999, John has been Director of John B Cook & Associates Pty Ltd, Business and Environment Consultants. Customers have included the largest waste companies, Sydney Water Corporation, Lend Lease, Australian Council of Recyclers, Concrete Recyclers, North East Waste Forum and various Councils. |

Kevin is the principal of Griffin Accountants Pty Ltd which is a public practice accounting firm. Kevin has over 11 years public practice experience. He is a former manager of a leading national accounting firm. Kevin worked for BHP more than 10 years. His last role was a Senior Management Accountant for a $2 billion business. Kevin has a BSc(Hons), graduate qualifications in accounting, is a CPA, Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, registered tax agent, and registered ASIC agent looking after over 50 companies. Kevin will assist the team as a Senior Finance Manager in the roles of financial accounting, tax, budgeting, administrative and legislative requirements. |
