What is the Company’s main way of communicating with shareholders?
The Company can email publications (eg shareholder updates) to shareholders and also loads the latest media releases on the Investors & Media section of the Tellus website. Provide your email to subscribe.
How do I obtain a paper copy of shareholder documents?
Paper copies of all shareholder documents can be obtained by contacting the Company (info@tellusholdings.com).
How can I have a change of address noted on the share register?
Send an email to the Company (info@tellusholdings.com).
How can I have a change of name noted on the register?
Contact the Company (info@tellusholdings.com) for a change of name form. Once completed, this form should be sent to the Company together with your share certificate and a copy of the relevant document (eg proof of name change). After review the register will be updated, ASIC notified and a new share certificate sent.
How can I transfer shares to another member of my family or any other person?
Contact the Company for a share transfer form. Once completed, this form should be sent to the Company together with your share certificate. After review the register will be updated, ASIC notified and a new share certificate sent.
How can I replace my lost or missing certificate?
You should notify the Company that you have mislaid your certificate. We will send you a letter of indemnity to sign and return to us. The indemnity provides you with cover for any loss arising from a dispute over ownership of the missing shares.
Can I consolidate my share certificates?
Yes, if your certificated holding in Tellus Holdings P/L is represented by several share certificates you may wish to have these replaced by one consolidated share certificate. You should send your certificates with a letter of instruction to Computershare.
What happens if a shareholder dies?
Please advise the Company in writing as soon as possible.
How can I buy or sell shares?
Please contact the Company. The Company is a private company and can only offer shares to sophisticated and professional investors ( section 708 of the Corporations Law ). |
