Tellus Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

Key points:

  • Following successful capital raising efforts resulting in an increase in the number of shareholders and in preparation for a possible future ASX listing, Tellus is required to change from a Private to a Public Limited Company.
  • Tellus EGM 28 November 2012.

A notification of the EGM has been sent to all existing shareholders advising of the meeting to be held at the company offices at 11:00am EST on 28 November 2012 to vote on the following:

  • change from Proprietary Company to Public Company
  • adopt a new Constitution
  • change name to TELLUS HOLDINGS LTD
